I had a wonderful first experience here with myself and my two young children. The staff is so warm, helpful, and caring. We had cleanings & X-rays, and I also had a second visit for three cavity repairs. My second visit was just as pleasant (as much as cavity replacements can be)! I was in and out in a very timely manner and was able to do a Saturday morning appointment, which I definitely appreciate as a working mom. Highly recommend Dr. Truong!
Best dental experience ever! I had this excruciating pain at night and seriously felt death is calling for me. I wasn't able to do anything because of the sharp pain piercing all the way up my temples. I made it thru the night and called the office . Tho swamp with patients, Dr Truong was willing to fit me in even if it meant extending his hrs. He saved me from the pain and he was beyond helpful.
Dr. Truong is setting a new high standard! The staff was helpful and quick to setup an appointment. He is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, thorough yet straight to the point. The office is clean and so well thought out. There is a space for every age and "waiting at the office" is now a different experience for me. I honestly have never seen an office this nice and the fact that Dr. Truong is awesome makes it all the better!
The Grove family dentistry just impressed me and my family. Dr. Truong and his staff are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable all the time. We just love the personalized care that Dr. Troung is giving us. He makes you feel very important patient. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to listen. Explains dental treatment very thoroughly and you will never feel being rushed. The dental office itself is very nice and very clean.
This is a very warm and home-like dental office. Dr. Truong was super patient and understanding. I was super anxious for my procedure but felt much more calm after he thoroughly explained to me the process. He was humorous and very nice. I am deathly afraid of the anesthetic shot, however, I only felt a tiny pinch and it was over. Overall this is my best dental experience yet and I'm glad I no longer have to dread going to my dental appointments.
The staff was very welcoming and Dr. Victor was very gentle and seemed to really care about providing knowledgeable and quality care. I don't know anything about equipment but this office seems to have all the bells and whistles which made going to the dentist a little more comfortable. The office is bright and welcoming with tons of amenities, tvs, computers and kids play area. It is also in a great location in historic downtown of Clayton.
What a beautiful brand new office! Dr is great and made sure I knew exactly what the results of the X-rays were and showed me live. The technology is so new I have never seen these used in any other office! The staff is so nice as well and the office is very focused on the patient experience which often times in a dental office seems like an afterthought. Not here though, will definitely make this my permanent dental office!!
Dr Truong gave me the exact treatment I wanted. He is very knowledgeable and explained all the procedures in detail do I could understand. His office is immaculately clean and the staff were attentive. I look forward returning for my future dental needs.
Dr. Truong is a knowledgeable and professional dentist. He takes the time to to throughly do through all your dental issues and explain the different options for your present dental care as well as your future dental care. His staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have a great dental plan for uninsured patients and financing options as well.
I was looking for a dentist because I had a tooth that was bothering me. Some of my family was going to a new dentist and had good experiences here. After a very thorough exam, Dr. Victor was able to explain and show me on the TV the problem in my tooth. I had the tooth fixed and the tooth has felt great ever since. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful and made the entire experience very comfortable. Dr. Victor was very gentle, I didn't even feel the numbing part.
